Mode of use
It is recommended to take two capsules daily with a plentiful glass of water at the main meals.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product must be used as part of a proper hypocaloric diet following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for periods greater than three weeks, it is recommended to feel the medical advice. Contains caffeine (mg/dose die): not recommended for children, during pregnancy and nursing. Do not consume a daily quantity of 800 mg of epigallocatechinagallate.
