The glucomannan contributes to weight loss (a beneficial effect obtained with the daily intake of 3 g glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, to be taken before meals as indicated and in the context of a hypocaloric diet) while the seal facilitates the sense of satiety and limits the absorption of nutrients.
The gymnema helps control the sense of hunger while laminaria and fucus stimulate metabolism.
Nomame cassia coadiuva the metabolism of triglycerides and cholesterol while the gymnema promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and, together with fucus, intervenes in the metabolism of lipids.
Cassia nomame and fucus maintain the balance of body weight while maca and tribulus perform a tonic action useful to counter physical and mental fatigue.
Selenium promotes spermatogenesis while zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood by promoting male reproduction and fertility.

Warnings
It is recommended to take 3 tablets with a glass of water (at least 200 ml), from one to three times a day on an empty stomach or about an hour before meals (from 3 to 9 tablets a day).
