Mode of use
Weight loss: pour 2 ml of the scoop, twice daily, directly on any cold or hot food, or in snacks (yogurt, smoothie, etc.), mix and after taking drink a glass of water.
Cholesterol: pour 2 ml of the scoop, 3 times daily, directly on any cold or hot food, or in snacks (yogurt, smoothie, etc.), mix and after taking drink a glass of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. In case of taking other medications consult your doctor. This supplement does not replace a varied diet.
Possible danger of suffocation for people with difficulty swallowing or in case of ingestion without adequate intake of liquids. In order to reach the stomach, the substance must always be taken with abundant water.
