Ingredients
Fucus (Fucus vesiculosus L.) e.s. (0.1% iodine) supported on maize maltodextrin, microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: magnesium stearate vegetable, silica from bamboo [Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss] young stems.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet 1-2 times a day, before meals.

Warnings
The product does not replace a varied diet. It must be used as part of an adequate hypocaloric diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, greater than 3 weeks, it is recommended to feel the medical advice. For the presence of iodine the product is contraindicated in case of hyperthyroidism. Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
