Mode of use
For adults. It is recommended to take a tablet, with a sip of water, 30 minutes before the main meals. Take maximum 3 tablets daily.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
