Description
Food supplement, is a powdered preparation with 3 protein sources (focused whey proteins, isolated and calcium caseinate), carnitine, inulin and papain digestive enzyme, ideal for the preparation of tasty shakes, rich in proteins and fibers and low sugar content. Protein contributes to the maintenance of muscle mass, contained zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids and carbohydrates, the gymnema is useful for controlling hunger and chromium for the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels. In addition, vitamins B12, B6 and B2 contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Protein blend (proteins of serum milk concentrated, caseins of milk instantaneous, whey protein milk isolated), thin cocoa, inulin; thickener: xanthan rubber; L-carnitine tartrate, Gymnema e.s. (Gymnema silvestre: leaves, 25% gymnemic acid), aromas; eulcorant: acesulphame K and sucralose; alpha lipoic acid, papain, zinc oxide, riboflavin (vitamin B2), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6), chromium picolinate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).

Mode of use
At breakfast shake a dose of 20 g (equal to 2 tablespoons) in 200 ml of water, milk or vegetable milk, with a shaker or yogurt or smoothie. On physical activity days take a dose of 20 g immediately after training.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily doses. Keep out of reach of children under three years. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet. In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) the doctor's advice is required. The product is contraindicated in cases of kidney, liver, pregnancy and under 14 years. For the use of the product it is recommended to hear the advice of the doctor. In rare cases lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia.
