Description
Food supplement useful in all cases of reduced intake with diet or increased requirements of taurine acetyl-L-carnitine, vitamins, mineral salts, creatine, asparagine and carnosine.
Contains:
• Vitamin B5 (or pantothenic acid): contributes to normal energy metabolism, reducing fatigue and fatigue; it also promotes normal mental performance.
• Vitamin E and selenium: they help protect cells from oxidative stress.
• Magnesium: helps reduce physical fatigue and fatigue, supporting normal muscle function; promotes the maintenance of the electrolytic/hydrant balance. It also supports the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Zinc: promotes normal cognitive function.
• Creatine: derived from amino acids, naturally produced by the body and contained in various foods. The dosage of 3 g/die increases physical performance in case of repetitive activity, high intensity and short duration.

Mode of use
The recommended dose is 1-2 chewable tablets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
For the presence of creatine the product is intended for adults only. Do not use in pregnancy.
It contains polyalcohol. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
