Description
Food supplement of magnesium chloride. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue, and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Mode of use
Unless otherwise indicated by the doctor, the recommended daily dose is 3.25 g per day of magnesium chloride dissolved in water (equal to 388 mg per day of magnesium element).
Dissolve the contents of a sachet in a liter of water. Take about 250 ml of solution per day, preferably away from meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
