Mode of use
Dissolve the contents of 1 sachet in the middle of water and drink during and after physical activity.
It is recommended not to exceed the dose of 3 sachets per day.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. For pregnant or breastfeeding women and children it is recommended to feel the medical advice.
