Food supplement of magnesium citrate.
Magnesium contributes:

Ingredients
Magnesium citrate; charge agents: phosphate dicalcium; mannitol; antiagglomerant: magnesium stearate; colloidal silica.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 3 tablets daily with a glass of water or dissolve in the mouth.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store at temperature not exceeding 30°C, away from light and/or heat sources. The minimum term of preservation refers to the correctly stored product in an integral package.
