Selenium and Riboflavin help protect cells from oxidative stress. Selenium and vitamin B6 contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
The Selenium contributes:

Mode of use
1 capsule per day to complete a main meal. The capsule can be opened and the content mixed in little water.
