Indications
Useful in case of poor introduction with diet or deficiency or increased requirements by the body. There are some cases where magnesium deficiency can be attributed to special conditions where dietary intake alone is not sufficient:
- stress situations
- an intense sports training,
- the advance of age,
- pregnancy or breastfeeding,
- surgical operations,
- alcoholism,
- the use of drugs that reduce renal absorption like diuretics,
- defects in intestinal absorption such as diarrhea or steatorrea (fat feces).
Magnesium is of help, in premenstrual syndrome in dysmenorrhea and menopause.

Posology and Mode of Use
Melt 1.5 g (a teaspoon from the) in half a glass of water.

Components
Magnesium carbonate; citric acid.
