Description
Food supplement with potassium citrate-based sweeteners.
Particularly useful in subjects subjected to intense liquid loss, such as strong sweating, diuresis or diarrhea, or in patients with medications such as diuretics, laxatives or cortisonics.
It is also particularly useful to those who carry out an intense sporting activity, as it not only provides an adequate quantity of potassium readily assimilated, but supplied in alkaline form, through the citrate.

The BIOKCIT FORTE bag dissolved in half a glass of water allows to prepare a pleasant drink to the taste of citrus fruits.
We recommend taking a BIOKCIT FORTE envelope per day for adequate mineral integration.
For different indications (prevention of kidney computation) stick to the prescription.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet.
BIOKCIT FORTE is contraindicated in patients suffering from hyperkaliemia or hypermagnesemia, or conditions that may predispose of such plasma alterations.
These conditions include chronic kidney failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus.
The contemporary intake of BIOKCIT FORTE and potassium-saving drugs (triamterene, spironolactone, amiloride) could determine hyperkaliemia. It is therefore recommended to monitor the performance of kaliemia.
There are no known interactions with other drugs. Rarely, during treatment, mild gastrointestinal disorders such as: abdominal heaviness, nausea and occasionally diarrhea. The package in tablets can be particularly indicated in these subjects.
