Mode of use
Melt a teaspoon of product into a glass of water (200 ml). Mix and wait for the transparency of the solution, sign that the product is ready to drink. To reduce the preparation time, it is recommended to use warm or warm water. To need to take a second teaspoon at another time of the day. Shake before first use
Adults: 1-2 teaspoons per day.
Children: 11-14 years, a teaspoon per day; 3-11 years, half a teaspoon a day.
It can be taken at any time of the day or during periods of greater fatigue.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
If a laxative effect occurs, it is recommended to reduce the dose and evening intake. In case of gastric sensitivity take it to the meal and reduce the amount. In both cases it is then possible to increase the dosage to the best tolerated.
