Magnesium B6

Indications
MagnesioB6 is a nutritional supplement based on marine magnesium and vitamin B6 useful for filling food deficiencies or increased organic needs of such nutrients. Magnesium plays an important role in the transmission of nervous impulse and muscle contraction. Vitamin B6 normalizes the functions of the nervous system, normalizes the functions of the immune system, regulates hormonal activity.

Posology and methods of use

Description
Solution obtained from the natural concentration of sea water of Mediterranean origin obtained through the solar evaporation of a saline. After the evaporation of chlorine and crystallization and subsequent deposits of calcium, sodium and potassium salts and most of the magnesium sulphate initially contained in sea water, the concentration process finally leads to the concentrated solution of magnesium chloride of marine origin.
Magnesium is an essential mineral that is part of processes related to nervous system activity, skeletal system, muscle apparatus and circulatory system and plays an important role in the transmission of nervous impulse and muscle contraction.
Magnesium deficiency occurs with a whole range of different symptoms ranging from heart rhythm alterations, anxiety, headache, insomnia, menstrual cycle disorders, muscle cramps. To fill the food deficiencies or the increased organic requirements of such nutrients, it is recommended a daily intake as it does not, unlike other minerals, overdose contraindications.
The advantage of using marine magnesium (magnesium chloride) is essentially that this is an organic salt, therefore more easily assimilated and easier retention than inorganic magnesium salts. This greater bioavailability also allows better results with fewer product quantities.
