Magnesium Supremo, original and exclusive formula of Natural Point, is a mixture consisting of citric acid of vegetable origin and magnesium carbonate of marine origin. The mixture in water is transformed into a high magnesium citrate solution, highly soluble organic salt with high absorption speed. The benefits of ingredients are:

Mode of use
The best time to take magnesium is away from meals. In the morning, during the day or during periods of increased fatigue and fatigue.
We recommend a dosage of a teaspoon per day in a glass full of water (200 ml). Wait for the transparency of the solution, an index of the ideal moment for hiring. Preferable warm or warm water simply to reduce preparation time. Take up to twice a day in need.
