Mode of use
Place a filter bag in a boiling water cup (about 150 ml) for about 5 minutes, one or two times a day according to need, preferably away from meals. Before removing the filter bag, press slightly with the teaspoon. Any slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturality of the product.
