Mode of use
Stir a filter bag into a boiling water cup (about 150 ml) for about 5 minutes, one or twice a day as needed, preferably after main meals. Before removing the filter bag, press slightly with the teaspoon. Any slight variations in taste and color are part of the naturality of the product.
