POLPA BIO
Description
Food supplement with many beneficial properties: the pulp of the fruit of baobab has a high content in fiber and vitamin C, supports in case of fatigue, facilitates the absorption of minerals (calcium and iron), regulates the intestine.
Property
100 g of pulp contain about 250-300 mg of vitamin C, amount higher than those contained in oranges and kiwis. A spoon of pulp provides daily requirements. The richness of calcium makes the pulp of Baobab a substitute source of milk for intolerants and a valid help for the elderly. Intake of this fruit can be a valid support in cases of anemia and pregnancy. The fruit of the baobab is naturally rich in bioavailable iron, that our body assimilates easily. The fibers are divided into soluble and insoluble, both present in the pulp (they make up for 50%). They are fundamental to normalize the intestinal functions, both in case of stipsis and excessive evacuation. Very useful in hypocaloric diets because they favor the sense of satiety. Baobab contributes to the supply of essential minerals and amino acids and is therefore a valid help for sportsmen.
