Description
Protein supplement, essential macronutrient for muscle trophism, with vitamins of group B, indicated in cases of reduced intake with diet or an increase in the requirements of such nutrients. The product consists of a mixture of milk protein consisting of: concentrated seroprotein (WPC), isolated (WPI) for cross-filtration and diafiltration (Cross Flow), and hydrolyzed (Optipep 90 DH4). The three protein sources guarantee a high quality standard, a very high biological value and a wide spectrum of serum protein fractions. Optiwhey also contains Enzymix, a mixture of enzymes that further increases product digestibility, glutamine and taurine that enrich and complete the amino acid spectrum. Lactose content is reduced and oscillates between 2.3-2.5%; content in branched amino acids is 19%. Optiwhey has excellent solubility and has high digestibility. It does not contain sugar (saccharose) and added preservatives.
For its favorable action on trophism and muscle efficiency, Optiwhey is indicated to active and sports people who wish to maintain in perfect efficiency; improves elasticity, tone and muscle vigor, it is useful to support the immune system and the endocrine apparatus. It is also indicated to those who have difficulties in digestion of common foods. It can also be used successfully to reduce deposit fat; proteins in fact favor a greater calorie consumption than carbohydrates and fats.

Mode of use
Take it according to your needs up to 20 g per day (equal to about 2 satin scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably far from the main meals. Sportsmen are naturally eligible to take up to 60 g daily, according to their own food plan and physical activity.
