KRE-ALKALYN® (creatin alkaline buffered at pH 12); gelatin (capsula).

Mode of use
Take 2 capsules per day. Every day.
For those who practice sports:
4 capsules (3 g) per day, every day.
To optimize the effect of 4 capsules on training days and 2 capsules on non-workout days.
On physical engagement days (palestra, football, cycling, triathlon, etc.): take the 4 capsules all together 1 hour before the start of the performance.

Warnings
