Mode of use
Take 3.5 g per day (equal to about 1 scoop) dissolved in water, preferably away from meals and possibly in the first part of the day. We recommend the use of the product for a duration from 10 to 30 days. Creatp can also be associated with a fruit or juice, with simple sugars, while avoiding complex foods. For the most demanding athletes it is possible to double the dose, to be taken in two administrations.
