Food supplement of simple and complex carbohydrates, glucogen amino acids, mineral salts and vitamin C.

Ingredients
Maltodextrin, fructose, dextrose, L-glutamine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valina; acidifier: citric acid; aroma, L-alanine, glycine, potassium salts of orthophosphoric acid, magnesium citrate, magnesium carbonate, sodium carbonate, sodium bicarbonate; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C); coloring: betacarotene; sunflower lecithin, aromas, zinc gluconate, ferrous fumarate, lactate 0.05%.

Mode of use
A bag twice a day, melting the contents of a bag in 250 ml of water.
