Creatine is able to increase physical performance in case of repetitive activity of high intensity and short duration. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking 3 g/die creatine. The presence of zinc promotes a normal protein synthesis, while calcium and potassium present contribute, respectively, to a physiological energy metabolism and to a normal muscle function. Vitamin C, at the dosage of 200 mg in addition to the recommended daily intake, contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after an intense physical effort and protects cells from oxidative stress.

Mode of use
Take 1 sachet per day in about 200 ml of water, preferably away from meals.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product is intended for adults who practice intense exercise. Do not use in children, during pregnancy and nursing, or in any case for prolonged periods without hearing the advice of the doctor. In rare cases lipoic acid can give hypoglycemia. For use of the product it is recommended to feel the opinion of the doctor. The product is tested free of nandrolone and testosterone with their precursors, free of beta2-agonists, amphetamines and efedrine.
