Mode of use
It is recommended to take half a scoop (1,65 g) directly in the mouth, to be mixed with saliva, one or two times a day at any time (from 1⁄2 to 1 scoop per day, from 1,65 to 3.3 g). Take between meals or 20 minutes before the meal.
