Description
Durum wheat paste Timilìa from organic farming, ancient wheat cultivated in the central area of Sicily. This pasta format is obtained from the mixture of Timilìa semolate with water, from the next drawing to the bronze and drying at low temperature (RAW). The slow drying at low temperature, with a rest time of more than 30 hours, guarantees the complete maintenance of nutrients and its unmistakable aromatic scent. Timilìa has an index of gluten less than 15% that differentiates it from modern grains which have indexes greater than 90%.
Ingredients
Durum wheat semolina* (cereal with gluten).
May contain traces of eggs, soy, molluscs (black of cuttlefish).

Mode of use
Cooking time: 5-6 minutes.
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
