Water, maltodextrin (36.4%), fructose (18.2%); singing acids: citric acid; thickener: xanthan gum; natural aromas, caffeine (0.135%); preservative: potassium sorbate; nicotinamide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, mononitrate of thiamin.

Mode of use
Take two gels during sports. A gel brings 40 g carbohydrates in a ratio 2:1 maltodextrin: fructose and 100 mg caffeine.

The product should be used in a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
High caffeine content (166 mg/100 ml). Not recommended for children and during pregnancy and nursing. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
