Mode of use
Prepare a portion by melting the contents of a bag (16 g) in a 500 ml bottle filled with non-gased water. During intense exercise we recommend taking 500 ml of product per hour of activity, drinking regularly (a sip every 15 minutes) and taking into account the intensity of exercise and environmental conditions. The product should be used in a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
