Tisana to artichoke with beneficial properties.

Ingredients
Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves 30%, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, boldo (Peumus boldus Molina) leaves, curcuma (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome, star anise (Illicium verum Hook.f.) fruit, karkadè (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers.

Without gluten

Mode of use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup). Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and mix well. Cover the container not to disperse the most volatile substances. Boil on slow heat for 5 minutes and then turn off the stove.
Leave infusion for another 10 minutes stirring occasionally and then filter. Add, if desired, sugar or honey. Ideal, 1 cup of herbal tea after meals.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from light and away from heat sources. The indicated expiry date refers to the product in intact and properly preserved packaging.
