Description
Food for special medical purposes.
Full enteral mixture for probe, nomocaloric (1 kcal/ml), enriched in EPA, DHA and beta carotene. Available with or without fiber. Indicated for the diet of patients with presence or risk of malnutrition.

Mode of use
Shake well before use.
The dose must be determined by the doctor according to the patient's moderate requirements. Recommended for full nutrition >1.500 ml/die (2.250 kcal).

Warnings
It must be used under medical control. Monitor the rate of administration. Suitable as the only source of nutrition. Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Use carefully in children under the age of 6. Not suitable for patients with galactosemine. Ensure an adequate supply of liquids. Do not use if the bag is damaged or swollen or if the content is coagulated. Do not mix to drugs. The product should not be administered by parental means.
Not indicated when enteral nutrition is not practicable as in case of gastrointestinal bleeding, shock, ileo. Carefully use in patients with severe organic insufficiency or with forms of mal absorption. Not suitable for patients with congenital inability to metabolize nutrients contained in Fresubin Original/Original Fibre.
