Description
Prepared for pancakes and waffles with high protein and fiber content, with gluten-free oatmeal that has a low glycemic index and provides long-term energy.
Enriched with B2 and B6 vitamins that contribute to normal energy metabolism.

Ingredients
Protein Mix (Serum proteins) milk concentrated and microfiltrate, isolated proteins soy, albumsegg, houses of the milk instant ultrafiltration), gluten-free oatmeal, inulin, coconut (8%), cocoa butter; leavening agents: monopotax tartrate E336 i, sodium acid carbonate E 500 ii, corn starch; aromas; thickener: xanthan rubber; Himalaya salt; edulcorante: sucralosio; riboflavin (vit B2), piridossina HCl (vit B6).
Without gluten.

Mode of use
Mix well 30 g of product (about 3 tablespoons) with 45 ml of water, until obtaining a homogeneous batter. If you use a different amount of powder use 1.5 ml of water each g of powder.
Mix a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil and heat on medium heat. Pour the batter into the non-stick pan and cook from both sides for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
The quantity of 30 g is enough for a couple of small pancakes or a large (recommended).
Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place and at room temperature.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
