Line

Description
High quality traditional lyophid kefir grains to make home fresh kefir.
Rich in live lactic ferments and yeasts.

Ingredients
Lactococcus spp., Lactobacillus spp., Streptococcus spp., Leuconostoc spp., Saccharomices spp., maize maltodextrin.

Allergens: milk and products based on milk (including lactose).

Without gluten, GMOs, additives, aromas, preservatives, thickeners.

Mode of use
To be consumed cold in natural or with the addition of jam, honey, fruit puree etc.
Each sachet is the dose for 1 litre of milk.
With the whole milk you get a more consistent and aromatic Kefir.
1. Pour the contents of the sachet into the container (glass or plastic jar), add 1 litre of milk at room temperature and dissolve all powder well. With the whole milk you get a more consistent and aromatic kefir.
Place the cover without sealing it hermetically and place the container in an environment in the dark ( cabinet/dispense).
2. Let rest Kefir Line until ripening:
- in an environment with temperature from 25°C to 30°C approximately for 13/17 hours;
- in an environment with temperature from 20°C to 24°C approximately for 24/48 hours;
- in an environment with a temperature of 16°C for 3/4 days.
3. The ripening takes place when the milk surface is slightly thickened (coagul), touching it gently with a teaspoon you will have to leave "the imprint".
Sometimes milk will also see cells of carbon dioxide (bollicine), which will give kefir the traditional slightly sparkling taste.
4, When ripe, put Kefir Line in the refrigerator for 24 hours, without stirring it.
5. Before enjoying the kefir, stir gently to make it more homogeneous.
Notes: Kefir Line is always formed; possibly extend the maturation time (point 2), until it is obtained.
If on the surface of the kefir it formed of the serum (transparent liquid) because of a ripening too long, after having cooled it in the refrigerator, it can be removed or mixed in the kefir, thus obtaining a more acidic taste.

Conservation
Store in the refrigerator.
Post-opening validation: 6-8 days.
