Mode of use
1. Mix about 50 g (2 scoops) in 100 ml of water or milk or 200 g of egg whites and sweeten to taste.
2. Let the mixture rest for about 2 minutes.
3. Heat some oil in a non-stick pan.
4. Bake on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side, pancakes do not buy consistency and wear slightly.
