Description
Compared to the classic roasted-coated coffee, the raw green coffee has a lower caffeine content, but this is not the only difference: in the first, caffeine is present in a free form, in the second in chlorogenic form (i.e. caffeine associated with chlorogenic acid), which determines the different mode of duration and effect.

100% Arabica Grani contusi green coffee.

Mode of use
The raw green coffee is used similarly to the toasted coffee; of course, using the whole seeds of arabic coffee, it is necessary to pulverize them with a mortar and use the obtained by infusion; this, to be effective without impoverishing the drink, must take place at a temperature of 80°C for a time sufficient to the nutritional diffusion.

Store at room temperature.
