Description
The Greek hay is an annual herbaceous plant and is part of the fabaceae family. Originally from the Middle East, the Greek hay is one of the oldest medicinal plants with healthy effects recognized for millennia.
It is a source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, C and vitamins of group B. It also provides mineral salts such as calcium and iron.
