Food supplement for athletes that combines an aerobic component with an anaerobic (eg: football, basketball, tennis, volleyball, alpine skiing, martial arts, body building); releasing energy in a fractional and sequential way contributes to a delay in the energy decay of the organism and to the seal of muscle reactivity. Per dose (2 envelopes):
medium chain maltodextrin; fructose; dextrose; acidity regulator: citric acid; L-alanine 600 mg; sodium citrate; aromas; creatine monohydrate; creatine pyruvate (creatine 578 mg - pyruvates 127 mg); potassium aspartate (potassium 76 mg - aspartate 517 mg); sodium chloride (sodium 255 mg - chlorine 212 mg); magnesium L-asparate 24 mg; L-glutamine 300 mg; taurine 250 mg; α-ketoglutaric acid 200 mg; calcium carbonate (calcium 60 mg); l-ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 90 mg; guaranà (paullinia cupana) seeds dry extract 100 mg titolato 2.5% caffeine; ginseng (panax ginseng) dry extract root 100 mg titulate 5% in ginsenosids; eulcorant: acesulphame K; zinc citrate; dye: betacarotene; calcium D-pantotenate (pantotenic acid) 4,5 mg; thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1) 1,05 mg; riboflavine (vitamin B2) 1.2 mg; pyridossine hydrochloride (vitamin B6) 0.5 mg; pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid) 150 μg; D-biotin 0.11 μg.

Mode of use
We recommend using the product about 30 minutes before facing the performance. Use 1 envelope in about 200 ml of water for medium life performance, 2 envelopes (in 400-500 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical commitment.
To optimize the hydration of the body and obtain the best results it is recommended to take about 200 ml of water only 10-15 minutes before starting the performance, in case of particularly high external temperature.

Contraindications
In cases of kidney disease, pregnancy and under 12 years.

Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) the doctor's advice is required. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place.
The expiration date refers to the product in an integrated package, properly preserved.
