Description
Food for special medical purposes based on glycerylphosphocoline (alfoscerate choline).
It is useful under medical control in all cases of cognitive decline (Mild Neurocognitive Disorder) or early dementia, due to a reduced supply of choline with diet or increased requirements.

Ingredients
Each bottle contains: water; stabilizer: sorbitol; glycerylphosphocholine (contains lecithin of soy), fructose; acidity regulator: citric acid; preservatives: sorbate potassium, benzoate sodium; aromas.

Without gluten.
Without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take a bottle per day orally, possibly in the morning.
Bottles facilitate intake in subjects with difficulty swallowing.

Use under medical control.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product cannot be the only source of nutrition.
Contains polyalcohol: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Interactions: not highlighted.
Undesirable effects: undesirable effects have not been reported also following long-term administration and high doses of alfoscerate choline.
Overdose: no known clinical cases of overdose.

Conservation
Keep away from light and at temperature below 30°C.
