The active ingredients contained in dry extracts of garcinia and griffonia are useful for controlling hunger. Rodiola plays the role of tonic-adaptogen, against psycho-physical fatigue, while 5-HTP-based griffonia is useful for relaxation and mental well-being. Their synergy instead carries out an action for the normal tone of mood, important during the episodes of nervous hunger. Solanum tuberosum is useful for controlling gastric acidity, which accentuates the feeling of hunger, while HCA-based garcinia intervenes in lipid metabolism for the balance of body weight. Enriched with glucomannan and kitosan.

Mode of use
It is suggested to take from 1 to 3 tablets daily preferably morning and evening before main meals and with plenty of water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used in a healthy and balanced way of life, in a proper hypocaloric diet and with a good level of physical activity. If the diet is followed for prolonged periods, greater than three weeks, it is recommended to feel the medical advice. We do not recommend the use of the product during pregnancy and lactation.
If, as a result of the use of the product, disorders arise, e.g. hepatic function or central nervous system, stop taking and feel the doctor's advice.
