Description
PastaPro is an innovative whole-grain pasta with high protein content, with more than double protein and less carbohydrates than traditional pasta. A PastaPro dish represents a complete and balanced protein meal, very useful in the diet of sportsmen, vegans and vegetarians, as well as to satisfy protein deficiencies. The high protein content helps to counter muscle mass loss that increases with age progress.
Product properties:
- 30% protein: wheat is added to isolated pea proteins, the combination of cereals+legumes offers a high biological value product with all major amino acids;
- integral: contains semolina of integral Italian durum wheat (from the Marche region);
- high fibre content: 9% of fibers including inulin, soluble fiber useful to help intestinal well-being;
- 30% less carbohydrates of traditional pasta;
- VeganOk certified: it is an excellent vegetable protein source;
- glycemic index: 48.
The high nutritional and functional value of the product is also combined with the good taste of a traditional pasta.
