Description
FiberPasta is a low glycemic index paste (IG certified 23). It has a high fiber content (15g x 100 g), over double fiber compared to whole-made pasta, and has the taste of traditional pasta. Thanks to its low glycemic index, FiberPasta is recommended by nutritionists in diabetic diets, for weight and cholesterol control, thanks to the contribution of soluble fiber that offers satiety, reduces the absorption of fat and sugar, and offers benefits to the intestinal bacterial flora. FiberPasta is also used in sports and recommended by sports doctors in sports diets, thanks to the slow release of carbohydrates that keeps energy for a long time, avoiding glycemic peaks.
