Instant powder thickener for liquid or semi-densed foods, hot or cold, based on maltodextrin and a unique blend of Xanthan tires (Nestlé patent).
It is suitable for people with liquid swallowing problems (disphagia).
Its innovative formula allows you not to soften the water and to use the same amount of product to thicken any kind of drink (water, tea, juices, milk, wine, coffee); does not produce lumps, does not change or taste or color of food and beverages.

Mode of use
To obtain a consistency of:
- syrup: 1 scoop (1,2 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid
- cream cream cream: 2 scoops (2,4 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid
- pudding: 3 scoops (3,6 g of powder) in 100 ml of liquid.

He must be authorized under medical supervision.
Not suitable for use as the only source of nutrition.

Conservation
Store at ambiennte temperature.
Minimum shelf life from the production date, in a package: 15 months.
Once opened consume within 2 months.
