Description
Food supplement based on magnesium, withania, tile, L-theanine, folic acid and Lactium, hydrolyzed milk protein. Withania promotes relaxation and mental well-being and is useful for its tonic-suitable and tonic effect in case of physical and mental fatigue. The linden contributes to relaxation in case of sleep and stress. Magnesium and folic acid contribute to the reduction of fatigue and fatigue.
Lactium is a hydrolyzed milk protein containing an active decapeptide obtained by enzyme digestion.

Mode of use
We recommend taking the product 1-2 times a day to swallow with a little water.
From 7 to 14 years: preferably 1⁄2 tablet after breakfast and 1⁄2 tablet after dinner.
Over 14 years and adults: preferably 1 tablet after breakfast and 1 tablet after dinner.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under the age of three. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Validity of whole packaging: 3 years from the date of production.
