Mode of use
- Children: it is recommended 1 nebulization (equal to 0.5 mg of melatonin) preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime. Treatments in children should always be limited over time and carried out under pediatric control.
- Adults: to reduce the time required to sleep we recommend 2 nebulizations, preferably under the tongue, in the evening just before bedtime. To alleviate the effects of jet-lag we recommend 1 nebulization, preferably under the tongue, just before bedtime, the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place, away from direct sources of heat.
Validity of whole packaging: 24 months.
