Mode of use
2 tablespoons of soup filled (28 g) per day, for periods protracted over time according to the particular requirements. Fibre lecinova can be added to yogurt, soups, puree, or used in other recipes. It is by its nature rich in fibers and the beta-glucans contained in it help to reduce the cholesterol levels in the blood. The benefit is obtained by daily intake of 3 g oat beta-glucan. Two tablespoons of soup a day bring at least 1 g of beta-glucan, helping to provide part of the daily amount considered useful for well-being. To control cholesterol, choose foods containing beta-glucan, accompanied by a low-fat diet and a healthy lifestyle. It is recommended to drink sufficiently, to follow a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle associated with regular physical activity.
