Description
Prepared instant vegetable granular, obtained with a mix of 5 selected vegetables, designed to prepare broth, risottos and vegetable soups and ideal also to enhance the taste of vegetables in the pan, meat dishes and fast or processed fish.

Ingredients
Food salt; flavour enhancer: monosodium glutamate; dehydrated vegetables in variable proportion (seed - onion 9,6%, garlic - carrot - porro 2,9%), maltodextrin, potato starch, seed oil (mais and/or sunflower), caramelized sugar, natural aroma of celery.
May contain lactose and peanut.

Without gluten and without lactose.

Mode of use
For an excellent broth: dissolve 1 teaspoon (4 g) of product in 250 ml of boiling water.
To flavor your dishes: add the product in total or partial replacement of the salt.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, do not leave the product exposed to the air, do not take the product with wet spoons and store it preferably in the refrigerator.
Validity of whole packaging: 36 months.
