Description
Esyon MELATONINA Orosolubile Superfast is a food supplement based on Melatonin in orosoluble tablets that dissolve in the mouth without need of water. Melatonin helps to reduce the time required to take sleep at the dose of 1 mg (1 tablet), if taken just before bedtime. Esyon MELATONINA Superfast is also useful to alleviate the effects of jet-lag. The beneficial effect in case of jet-lag is obtained by taking 0.5 mg of melatonin just before bedtime, on the first day of travel continuing for a few days after arrival at destination.

Ingredients
Charging agents: mannitol (supported on corn starch), mannitol, cellulose; stabilizers: mono-e diglycerides of fatty acids, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone; aroma; anti-agglomerating agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; melatonin; sweeteners: steviol glycosides from stevia, sucralose.

Without gluten.
Of course without lactose.

Mode of use
It is recommended 1 tablet per day to swallow with a plentiful glass of water preferably in the morning. To facilitate the swallowing of the tablet it is possible to divide it into 2 parts thanks to the convenient pre-cut.

Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. The product contains polyols. Excessive consumption can have laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place. The period of validity refers to the correctly preserved product, in an integral package.
