Description
Food supplement of melatonin, with griffonia, indicated in the cases of poor intake with diet or increased requirements of such nutrients.
Melatonin can help reduce the time required to sleep.
In addition, griffonia seeds can assist normal mood tone, promote physiological relaxation and mental well-being, while vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function.

Ingredients
Charging agents: calcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose; griffonia seed dried extract (simplicifolia griffonia dc. baill.) titrated to 95% in 5-HTP; antiagglomerants: magnesium vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide; piridossina hydrochloride (vitamin B6), melatonin.

Without gluten.

Mode of use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
Tablets should be swallowed with taking a liquid, preferably half an hour before going to sleep.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
