Description
Food supplement containing passiflora, valerian and useful escoltia in case of stress to promote relaxation and sleep; chamomile and hawthorn useful for mental well-being, melissa that favors normal mood tone; melatonin that helps alleviate the effects of jet lag and favors the reduction of time required to take sleep.

Capsula (Food Cell); coloring: titanium dioxide), corn starch, passiflora (Passiflora incarnata L., flowered aerial part) e.s. tit. 0.5% in vinexin, chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla L., flower) e.s. tit. 0.3% in apigenine, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha auct., flowers and leaves) e.s. tit. 1% in total flavonoids as hyperoside; anti-agglomerating agent: silicon dioxide; melissa (Melissa officinalis L., leaves) e.s. tit. 2% in rosemary acid, eschscholzia californica Cham., grass) e.s. tit. 0.2% in protopine, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) e.s. tit. 0.42% in total valerenic acids, melatonin.

Mode of use
To relieve the effects of jet lag, take 2 capsules daily. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination, while to reduce the time required to take sleep take 3 capsules per day. The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. For use of the product in pregnancy, breastfeeding and in children it is recommended to feel the doctor's opinion.

Conservation
Store, well closed, in a cool and dry place avoiding exposure to heat and moisture sources.
