Food supplement with melatonin and Passiflora extract, with sweeteners.
Melatonin plays an important role in physiological sleep and wake processes. 1 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, contributes to the reduction of time required to take sleep and at a minimum dosage of 0.5 mg to alleviate the effects of jet lag.
The product is easy to use thanks to the spray cartridge.
Lemon and mint taste.

Ingredients
Water; eulcorants: sorbitol, xylitol; ethyl alcohol, melatonin, Passiflora (Passiflora incarnate L., flowered aerial parts) dry extract; preservative: potassium sorbate; natural aromas (essential mint oil and essential lemon oil).
Alcohol 5% vol.
Suitable for vegans.

Mode of use
To reduce the time required to take sleep: spray 2 times directly in the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).

To relieve the effects of jet lag: 1 spray directly in the mouth before going to bed. The beneficial effect is achieved by taking, just before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin (1 spray) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at destination.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption can have laxative effect.
Consult your doctor in case of pregnancy, breastfeeding, use for long periods or in people taking medications.
The product should only be used before going to bed.
Do not administer before using operating machines or before driving.
Don't hire alcohol together.
It doesn't contain sugar.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from the light.
