Description
Melatonin and valerian is a food supplement based on valerian with melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to sleep. Valerian promotes relaxation (sleep, in case of stress).

Ingredients
Charging agents: microcrystalline cellulose; antiagglomerants: silicon dioxide, magnesium vegetable stearate; coating agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, microcrytalline cellulose, stearic acid, titanium dioxide (E171), valerian (valerian officinalis L) dry extract root at 0.42% in valerenic acid on maltodextrin, niacin, vitamin B1 (tiamina), tryptophany, melatonin, escoltzia (eschscholtzia californica) dry extract at 0.2% in protopine, griffonia (griffonia simplicifolia baill) seed extract at 20% in hydroxytriptophan.

Mode of use
1 tablet swallowed with a little water in the evening, just before bedtime.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be understood as substitutes for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake, just before bedtime, of 1 mg of melatonin.

Conservation
Store in a cool and dry place protected from light and direct sources of heat. The expiration date refers to the product in an integrated package, properly preserved.
